Engh Family St. George Trip
We started out the day with a run every day .
Hiking up in snow canyon
after 3 hours on non stop hiking we came back to the car and dumped out all of our sand that was in our shoes. this is how much we all had combined!
Keira fell asleep in johns arm and he carried her for a hour toward the end of our hike!
Look what we found on one of our drives! So cool!
We went Geocashing on our hikes and this one just happened to be on one of our morning walks we took
What's inside? a list of all the names of people who have found the treasure. We added ours to it. The boys love geocashing, i think thats why our hike in Snow canyon lasted for 3 hours.

Engh Family Updates!
February was the celebration of the Cub Scout Blue & Gold Banquet! The theme was Space & Aliens. At the end they got to decorate their own cakes with all the candy and little alien toys... lots of fun. We came home with 3 cakes! I strongly encouraged Kirtland to give her cake to her Preschool teacher and she loved that idea ( so did mom), Logan and jaxon ate theirs and share with everyone
I was so proud of this meal I made... My friend made this meal and posted it on facebook and it looked so yummy. I found the recipe and had fed it to the family, which i think they liked. It's Creamed Cauliflower w/ curry sauce, chicken and asparagus . Very tasty and healthy!
