Finally a picture of Ava and Dylan on their birthday. Ava wanted a Dori cake and Dylan wanted Nemo so it worked out perfectly.

 Mom won tickets to the princess festival at Thanksgiving Point so Ava and I got to spend some fun girly time together. We got her face painted, a crown and parasol that she could wear and she loved every minute of it. We met different princesses and listened to stories played in the water and had a great time together. Ava kept calling it a girl party.

So we have finally finished our first major update to the house. A NEW BATHROOM!!! I am super excited about it. Our new bathroom is beautiful and I can't wait to do more to the house. It took me probably several weeks, hours and many gas miles to find the right shower curtain but I finally did it. The pictures really don't so it justice. It is way prettier in person.

These are some of the cupcakes and cookies that I made for Dr. Vance's open house. I also made Bar-ba-loot (the brown bear from The Lorax) cupcakes but I forgot to take a picture.

I had cotton candy on pretzel sticks and put the cupcakes downstairs, 2 hours later I went to take a picture and they were all dried up and when I touched them, they turned to powder! I was so sad!!! Mostly because I didn't take pictures of them, they turned out awesome!! So, Sheri and I brainstormed and decided to get suckers and dip them in Pop Rocks. It worked! Not as cute, but it worked. 

This is the tram that we took in Deer Valley behind Ella Mae. It is a free ride and we loved it. 

We got to go on a walk, swim, swim, and swim some more, we went on a great bike trail around a nature preserve right next to the hotel. We had a great time. Oh, and we got to swim. The room Kimberly got had a hot-tub on the deck. Her room was like a Worldmark studio apartment. I cooked breakfast, and she took us out for the other meals.
