Heather did me a solid, almost two years ago.In May 2010, she called to tell me about the Home Depot Kids Club. The first saturday of every month, kids 12 and under can come do a build-it project. Home Depot supplies all the materials for free, including an apron, the kit, tools and even the paint! Once finished, the child received a pin for their apron with a picture of the project they completed. Lily now has about 15 pins.
We have built flower pots, race cars, a model helicopter, napkin holders, etc.
It has become one of Lily and my favorite things to do together.
